Production Operator

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Operate automated production equipment and injection molding machines.
• Supply production lines with raw materials and perform visual inspections and basic quality checks.
• Pack finished products, maintain production documentation, and identify non‑conforming items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while complying with GMP, EHS, quality, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Good command of English to follow work instructions and documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Required skills

• Operation of automated production equipment and injection molding machines.
• Basic computer skills.
