Graduate Trainee Program – Molding Technician

About the role

Kick‑start your career in manufacturing and injection molding with Jabil’s Graduate Trainee Program. You will gain hands‑on experience operating modern injection molding equipment while learning from seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the molding team in setting up, monitoring, and operating injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Assist with process adjustments, basic troubleshooting, mold installation, machine start‑ups, changeovers, and process optimization to ensure product quality and efficient production.
• Follow safety and quality standards and maintain an organized work environment.

Required profile

• Recent graduate of a technical high school, vocational school, college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, injection molding, mechanical systems or production equipment is preferred.
