About the role
Pfizer is seeking a Process Engineer to join its manufacturing team in Savski Marof, near Zagreb. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with GMP documentation practices and managing incident investigations within a regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct incident investigations, document root causes, and define corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and report on investigations, verify effectiveness of actions, and initiate follow‑up tasks.
- Maintain GMP documentation and support one‑shift manufacturing operations.
Required profile
- Accountable, adaptable, systematic and punctual.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in teamwork.
- Preferably experienced with sterile products and pharmaceutical systems.
Required skills
- Knowledge of GMP documentation practices.
- Incident investigation and corrective/preventive action methodology.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Veeva Vault (eQMS), GQTS, pDOCS.
- Fluent in Croatian and English.
