Maintenance Operator (m/f)

About the role

Pfizer is looking for a Maintenance Operator to join its team at the Savski Marof site near Zagreb. The role involves carrying out planned preventive maintenance activities and supporting corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks such as visual inspections, spare part replacements, testing and examinations.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform corrective maintenance actions.
• Suggest improvements to preventive maintenance procedures.
• Assist in defining required spare parts inventory.

Required profile

• Technical high school (SSS) education.
• Work experience in equipment maintenance.
• Excellent knowledge of Croatian and basic knowledge of English.
• Readiness to work in shift pattern 12‑24‑12‑48.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Fundamental understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
