About the role
Jabil is seeking an Automation Operator to work on high‑speed automated machines, performing visual inspections, recording data, and maintaining a clean production area.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect visual attributes of each product and record relevant data.
- Operate automated high‑speed machines, load raw materials, and pack products.
- Maintain a clean work area, including wiping equipment and removing debris.
- Monitor machine rejects, ensure correct loading of feeders, and keep accurate production records.
- Train new employees and collaborate with other departments.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 10 kg safely.
- Flexibility to work 12‑hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Good color perception, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with others at all levels.
Required skills
- Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with SAP and email communication.
