Molding Technician / Tehničar za brizganje plastike (m/f)

About the role

As a Molding Technician you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the injection molding line. You will monitor equipment, perform tool changes, and support production quality while working in a collaborative, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect the molding process to maintain high efficiency and quality.
• Respond to equipment alarms and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform tool changes using Rapid Tool Change (RTC) techniques.
• Clean molds daily and carry out shutdown/start‑up activities.
• Record process data and keep logs up to date.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Train and support new team members.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and strong teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in molding or manufacturing is a plus.
