Injection Molding Operator

About the role

The Injection Molding Operator will work in a regulated healthcare manufacturing environment, operating injection molding machines to produce medical components. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant production in line with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment according to approved work instructions.
• Perform machine start‑up, normal operation, and shutdown activities.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic in‑process quality checks.
• Execute line clearance and material segregation during changeovers.
• Complete production and traceability documentation accurately.
• Identify and report non‑conforming products and materials.

Required profile

• Secondary school education or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; injection molding experience advantageous.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of quality and safety systems.
• English reading and speaking proficiency.
• Willingness to work shifts in a cleanroom or controlled environment.
