Graduate Trainee Maintenance Technician

About the role

Kick‑start your career in manufacturing and engineering with Jabil as a Graduate Trainee Maintenance Technician. You will work onsite in Osijek, supporting the maintenance team and gaining hands‑on experience with modern production equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the maintenance team to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automation systems.
• Participate in equipment improvement and continuous‑improvement projects while following safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Recent graduate of a technical high school, vocational school, college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Maintenance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or automation systems; internships or project work are a plus.
