Customer Care Agent – Italian / Romanian Speaker

About the role

Aircash, a European fintech platform offering payments, money transfers and the Aircash Mastercard, is growing its Customer Care team and is looking for agents fluent in Italian and/or Romanian to support users from those countries. The position is based in Zagreb and covers 8-hour shifts, 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm, with extra pay for Sundays and holidays. It is offered as full-time or student contract.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fast, quality support to potential and existing Aircash users through all available communication channels
• Handle administrative tasks and coordinate interactions with users
• Actively solve user inquiries received by email or phone
• Identify further opportunities to support users and take responsibility for service quality

Required profile

• High school diploma
• Experience in customer care roles and communicating with users
• Active knowledge of Italian and/or Romanian, and Croatian and English
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Persistence, accuracy and good organisational skills
• Problem-solving orientation and focus on users' needs
