Customer Support Specialist – L'Oréal (Bulgarian + English/Croatian)

About the role

TP Croatia is expanding its customer support team for its client L'Oréal, the global leader in cosmetics and beauty. You will join a large global team of customer support experts working with well-known brands across many industries and languages. The position is based at the TP site in Zagreb, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.

Key responsibilities

• Support and advise customers by answering their questions by phone, email and chat.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Resolve customer inquiries and offer appropriate solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and actions in the system.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Required profile

• Bulgarian spoken at the same level as English and Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian.
• English at least B2 (spoken, written and reading).
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills and a preference for teamwork.
• Nice to have: previous experience in the cosmetics or luxury sector, knowledge of digital and social media, and previous customer service experience.
