Customer Support Specialist – L'Oréal (Slovenian + English/Croatian)

About the role

TP Croatia is expanding its customer support team for its client L'Oréal, the global leader in cosmetics and beauty. You will join a global team of nearly 500,000 customer support experts working with well-known brands across 400+ languages and dialects. The position is based at the TP site in Zagreb, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.

Key responsibilities

• Support and advise customers by answering their questions by phone, email and chat.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Resolve customer inquiries and offer appropriate solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and actions in the system.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Required profile

• Slovenian spoken at the same level as English, together with Croatian, Serbian or Bosnian.
• English at least B2, spoken, written and read.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills and a preference for teamwork.
• Nice to have: previous experience in cosmetics or luxury, knowledge of digital and social media, and previous customer service experience.

Required skills

• Good computer skills for using several digital tools at once and documenting customer interactions.
