About the role

We are looking for an energetic and organized individual to lead the daily operations of our KFC restaurant in Rijeka. As a Shift Manager you will ensure smooth service, motivate the team and guarantee a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Organise and lead the shift according to daily priorities.
Manage the on‑site team, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
Provide attentive and caring service to every guest.

Required profile

Energetic and organised personality.
Strong commitment to customer service.
Ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

Permanent contract.
Two days off per week.
Net salary range €1,450 – €1,900 per month, with additional bonuses.
