About the role
We are looking for a responsible and motivated pizza specialist to join our kitchen team in Rijeka. The position involves preparing and baking pizzas throughout the year, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dough and all necessary ingredients for pizza production.
- Assemble, bake, and present pizzas according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work station.
- Monitor quality and uphold the standards of each pizza.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a pizzaiolo (mandatory).
- Ability to work independently while being responsible and tidy.
- Strong teamwork orientation.
Required skills
- Pizza preparation.
- Dough making.
