About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic waiter to join our team at Fino Vino, a wine bar located in Rijeka. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them enjoy a memorable wine and dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly manner.
• Present the wine list, suggest pairings and recommend wines.
• Serve wine, beverages and food promptly.
• Maintain a pleasant atmosphere and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep the bar and tables clean and organized.
• Prepare the bar before shifts and tidy up after service.
• Handle cash register operations.
• Participate in wine tastings, events and special evenings.
• Continuously learn about the wine selection and new labels.

Required profile

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
