About the role
We are looking for an energetic and organized individual to lead the daily operations of our KFC restaurant in Rijeka. As a Shift Manager you will ensure smooth service, motivate the team and guarantee a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and lead the shift according to daily priorities.
- Manage the on‑site team, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
- Provide attentive and caring service to every guest.

- Energetic and organised personality.
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.

- Permanent contract.
- Two days off per week.
- Net salary range €1,450 – €1,900 per month, with additional bonuses.
