About the role

The position is responsible for managing the non‑food (or cosmetics & chemicals) assortment in a SPAR store in Poreč. The manager ensures efficient, coordinated work, meets sales targets and upholds hygiene and HACCP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise work on the non‑food or cosmetics & chemicals assortment.
• Lead and coordinate staff to achieve efficient operations.
• Prepare accurate and timely orders.
• Check displayed prices, use‑by dates, quantities and product quality.
• Coordinate and supervise product sales during promotional actions.
• Take responsibility for achieving business results.
• Apply HACCP system requirements and maintain workplace hygiene.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Open and close the store.
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable service and advice to customers.

Required profile

• Secondary school education (SSS).
• Experience working in retail.
• Preferably experience in leading and managing staff.
• Good knowledge of the product assortment.
• Preferably basic computer skills.
• Reliability and neatness in task execution.
