About the role

Join SPAR Croatia as a Fresh Meat and Fish Sales Associate in the new Interspar store in Poreč. You will be responsible for handling fresh meat and fish products, ensuring they are ready for customers while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Cut, slice and process meat and fish and prepare them for sale.
• Prepare products for packaging and display in showcases.
• Receive fresh meat and fish deliveries from the central warehouse and direct suppliers.
• Follow HACCP system requirements and maintain hygiene of work surfaces and personal cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and advice to customers.

Required profile

• Vocational school (KV) in a food‑related program – with or without prior experience, or any high school (SSS) with relevant work experience.
• Reliability, dedication and accuracy in performing tasks.
