About the role

We are looking for a Technician responsible for the assembly, maintenance and optimisation of injection‑moulding tools used in the production of medical plastic devices. The position is based in our Osijek facility and supports both day‑to‑day operations and new‑product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble and re‑assemble complex injection‑moulding machines, including three‑plate moulds, multi‑component tools and multi‑cavity moulds, ensuring correct fit and alignment.
• Diagnose faults, perform corrective repairs and carry out preventive maintenance on machines and tools.
• Participate in Design‑for‑Manufacturing (DFM) discussions to improve tool reliability, cycle time and serviceability.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), performing pre‑start checks and hand‑over to production.
• Maintain compliance with quality management systems, documentation and traceability requirements.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on‑the‑job.
• Attend daily operational meetings and coordinate task execution.

Required profile

• Valid certificate for working on three‑phase 440 V systems.
• Ability to identify problems, gather information and make logical decisions.
• Good computer literacy with Windows OS and standard software applications.
• Willingness to learn specific tooling software and read technical drawings and instructions.
