Technical Product Owner – IoT Cloud

About the role

Jungheinrich is looking for a Technical Product Owner for its IoT Cloud platform, which underpins connected vehicles, devices and digital services across the group. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, working with product management, platform architects and engineering teams to turn complex challenges into scalable, secure and future-ready platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of the product strategy for the IoT platform(s) across two teams
• Understand internal customer needs and turn them into scalable platform capabilities
• Define, refine and prioritize platform outcomes, requirements and user stories
• Create alignment across product management, architecture, engineering, security and operations, and make cross-functional dependencies visible
• Facilitate discovery workshops, planning sessions and decision forums
• Own delivery from discovery to release, and continuously evaluate progress, outcomes and usage patterns
• Act as a servant leader within the development team

Required profile

• 5+ years in technical product roles, including Jira and Confluence
• Proven ownership and evolution of technical products, platforms or cloud services
• Strong experience with agile software development teams in complex environments
• Experience with IoT and cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS, Azure, device management, inventory, PKI)
• Solid understanding of at least one area: IoT/device connectivity, API and service design, cloud and platform engineering, DevOps or developer experience
• Hands-on use of AI tools for product discovery, requirements, decisions, documentation and delivery
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills (C1)
