Junior IT Workplace Specialist

About the role

Jungheinrich, with over 30 years of experience in software and digital products for intralogistics, is looking for a Junior IT Workplace Specialist in Zagreb. You will support the day-to-day operation of the company's IT environment and help employees with IT-related requests.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations and assist employees with IT requests
• Help with onboarding, device preparation, software deployment and general IT administration
• Prepare and configure new devices using Microsoft Intune
• Support device and software management within SCCM
• Maintain software inventories and help plan software deployments
• Configure user devices, manage access permissions and support administrative-rights requests
• Unbox, label, organise and maintain the IT equipment inventory
• Track hardware warranties, communicate with vendors and coordinate asset records with accounting
• Order and track IT equipment and consumables
• Take part in network setup at offices and help maintain and monitor existing network infrastructure
• Provide first-level technical support and document IT procedures and configurations

Required profile

• Previous professional experience in a similar field
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Service-oriented mindset and good communication skills
• Organised, structured approach to managing IT equipment and assets
• Fluency in English

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Basic understanding of hardware, software and networking
