Junior PLC Programmer

About the role

Jungheinrich, with over 30 years of experience in software and digital products for intralogistics, is looking for a Junior PLC Programmer in Zagreb. The role involves commissioning software programs on-site at the customer's location and assisting in software development and installation of electrical installations.

Key responsibilities

• Commission software programs on-site at the customer's site
• Assist in developing and implementing software according to defined standards
• Assist in creating system specifications and in work preparation
• Software development and installation of electrical installations

Required profile

• Technical education (technical school, higher technical college or bachelor's degree), preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics or a related field
• Previous experience in commissioning or industrial automation is an advantage but not required
• English proficiency is required
• Valid driving licence (Category B)
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, team orientation, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of PLC programming and HMI development (TIA Portal/STEP7, SCL, STL, FBD, WinCC)
• Basic programming knowledge (C#, C/C++) is a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic AutoCAD skills are an advantage
