About the role

The company is looking for a motivated worker to assemble and produce electric heaters according to technical documentation and production specifications. The position is based at the Jakšić plant and involves hands‑on work with various machines and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture electric heaters following technical drawings and specifications.
• Operate machines and tools for material processing, including cutting, bending, soldering, and joining electrical components.
• Perform testing and quality control on finished products.
• Package completed heaters and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain the work area, tools, and machinery in line with safety standards.
• Observe occupational safety rules and follow all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the production team and report any production issues to supervisors.

Required profile

• Secondary school education, preferably technical (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related).
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to production demands.
• Responsible, precise and detail‑oriented.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.

Required skills

• Cutting of metal or other materials.
• Bending of metal components.
• Soldering of electrical parts.

• Quality testing and inspection.
