About the role

Pfizer is looking for a Maintenance Operator to join its Savski Marof site near Zagreb. The role involves executing planned preventive maintenance activities and supporting corrective actions on equipment and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks such as visual inspections, part replacements, testing and examinations.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform corrective maintenance.
• Suggest improvements to preventive maintenance procedures.
• Assist in defining required spare parts inventory.

Required profile

• Technical secondary school (SSS) education.
• Previous experience in equipment maintenance.
• Excellent command of Croatian and basic knowledge of English.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to work shift patterns (12‑24‑12‑48).
