Service Technician for Elevators

About the role

KONE, a global leader in elevators and moving walkways, is looking for a Service Technician to perform regular inspections, maintenance and repairs of elevators in Croatia.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled service inspections, interventions and repairs in line with partner orders and company policies.
• Maintain a personal practical inventory, identify spare‑part needs and manage stock.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and proper condition of service tools, vehicles and other equipment.
• Report sales opportunities, tasks completed and any issues to management.
• Guarantee a safe working environment for users and equipment.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused attitude with proactive and accurate communication.
• Responsibility for delivering high‑quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Commitment to safety standards and company procedures.

Required skills

• Ability to perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics on elevator systems.
• Experience handling service tools, vehicles and maintaining a workshop inventory.
