Graduate Trainee Tooling Technician

Key responsibilities

• Support the tooling team in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing molds, tools, and tooling equipment.
• Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective actions to ensure tooling reliability and performance.
• Learn mold assembly, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and repair processes.
• Follow safety and quality standards while maintaining an organized work environment.

Required profile

• Recent graduate of a technical high school, vocational school, college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, Manufacturing Technology, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, technical drawings, precision measurement tools and manufacturing processes.
• Strong willingness to learn, attention to detail and a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
