Automation Operator – Production & Inspection

About the role

Jabil is seeking an Automation Operator to work on high‑speed automated machines in its Osijek facility. The role involves inspecting products, recording data, and ensuring smooth production flow while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of each product and record relevant data.
• Maintain a clean work area by wiping equipment and removing debris.
• Operate high‑speed automated machines, load raw materials, and pack finished products.
• Train new employees as needed.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with all departments.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow SOPs.
• Complete all required training and conduct job functions safely.
• Monitor machine rejects and ensure correct parts are loaded continuously.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 10 kg safely.
• Flexibility to work 12‑hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Good color perception and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work well with others at all levels.
• Attention to detail and logical, orderly work habits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with personal computers.
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP and email communication.
