About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to independently manage relationships with strategic customers in foreign markets, drive sales targets and support the growth of its export business.

Key responsibilities

• Fully manage relationships with key international customers, from acquisition to long‑term partnership.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales plans and monitor financial performance of assigned accounts.
• Coordinate activities between sales, in‑house production and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Develop existing accounts and actively seek new foreign clients.
• Negotiate contracts, maintain high‑quality long‑term business relationships and track agreed actions, deadlines and objectives.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher education, preferably in economics, commerce or logistics.
• Excellent command of German, both spoken and written.
• Minimum five years of experience in export sales, preferably with key accounts.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work on‑site.
• Proficient in MS Office and holder of a Category B driving licence.
