About the role

Manpower Croatia is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Specialist for electrical materials. You will be responsible for promoting low‑voltage switching equipment and related electromaterials to existing and new customers, ensuring technical support and after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products from the low‑voltage switching equipment and electromaterials range according to company policy.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers and handle incoming inquiries.
• Develop long‑term business relationships and provide technical and post‑sales support.
• Identify new prospects, negotiate terms, and conduct field visits to customers.
• Prepare, track, and deliver offers based on technical specifications and current price lists.
• Achieve sales targets, expand the sales territory, and grow business with customers.
• Monitor payments and coordinate with the finance department on open items.
• Record visit reports, generate regular sales activity reports for management.
• Research market trends, competitors, customers and suppliers, and feed insights back to the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of electrical equipment, electromaterials or similar technical products.
• Preferable knowledge of low‑voltage switching equipment.
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Active English language proficiency.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑driven, responsible, proactive and comfortable with field work.
