About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at ELEKTRODA ZAGREB. The role focuses on expanding our market presence for welding consumables, supporting product development, and providing technical assistance to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Research the market and propose extensions of product and service range.
• Organise presentations of our products and those of our suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering colleagues on new product development or modification of existing items.
• Handle customer complaints and, when needed, test finished products at the consumer site.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and technical seminars.
• Participate in the planning and execution of promotional activities.
• Contribute to the development and certification of new and existing welding consumables.
• Gather and analyse customer data on types and quantities of welding consumables.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products from our portfolio.
• Introduce new products to the market and support repair welding tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education (SSS).
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the metallurgical industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to travel.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
