About the role

Lidl is looking for enthusiastic sales associates to join its stores across several locations in Croatia. You will be the face of the store, assisting customers at the checkout and ensuring the shop floor is well‑stocked and tidy.

Key responsibilities

Operate the cash register and provide friendly service to shoppers.
Restock shelves, arrange merchandise and keep the store environment clean and orderly.

Required profile

Completed secondary education (KV/SSS).
Willingness to work shifts and a team‑oriented attitude.

What we offer

Gross monthly salary starting at €1,430, guaranteed increase to €1,700 after two years.
13th salary, summer bonus (€535 net), Christmas bonus (€400 net) and Easter bonus (€150 net).
Permanent full‑time contract, two days off per week, meal allowance up to €100/month and paid public transport.
Extensive benefits package including child gifts, parental support, school‑run day off and over 40 additional perks.
