FinPro Account Manager

About the role

The FinPro Account Manager will report to Marsh Croatia leadership and the regional CSEE FinPro Leader, acting as a key liaison between clients and the wider Marsh network. You will provide consultancy support for financial insurance lines and manage client portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultancy support to Financial Insurance Lines and advise senior stakeholders on complex matters.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring day‑to‑day service and administration of insurance contracts in line with Marsh standards.
• Deliver tailored insurance solutions for D&O, Professional Indemnity, Property & Liability, Cyber Insurance and Marine Cargo.
• Respond to client requests for policy renewal, modification or consultancy services and resolve account issues.
• Participate in client and prospect meetings and actively pursue new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in FinPro, corporate insurance or brokerage.
• Bachelor’s degree and a valid broker’s licence.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
