About the role

Mango is looking for a Sales Assistant to join its multicultural team in Zagreb. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover the brand’s collections and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide courteous assistance.
• Advise shoppers with thorough product knowledge.
• Identify and respond quickly to customer needs to maximise sales.
• Handle multiple customers simultaneously while offering expert advice to each.
• Prioritise customer service over other tasks.
• Maintain store orderliness and visual appeal.
• Understand commercial targets and monitor their achievement.
• Participate in cash‑register duties, stock handling and product preparation for sale.
