About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to serve business customers in the construction, woodworking, metalworking and other technical sectors across Krapinsko‑zagorska County. The role involves field visits, presenting Würth solutions and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute independent visits to customers on the field.
• Actively sell Würth products and technical solutions to business clients.
• Identify customer needs, present appropriate solutions, negotiate and close sales.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.
• Prepare offers and orders, monitor order fulfilment and ensure sales process quality.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and track results.
• Record sales activities in the sales system.
• Use a tablet and other digital tools for planning, organisation and work monitoring.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and support‑sales colleagues.

Required profile

• At least secondary vocational education.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to work daily in the field.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on results.
• Independent, proactive and responsible work attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and readiness to use digital tools.
