About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable waiter or waitress to join our ROX POINT team in Zagreb. The role involves providing excellent service to guests in a dynamic, fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Present food and beverages according to standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Optionally start earlier for training in Zagreb with provided accommodation.

Required profile

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Polite, service‑oriented, reliable and punctual.
• Self‑motivated, result‑driven and quality‑focused.
• Hard‑working, ambitious and flexible.
• Team‑player with strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work quickly in a busy environment.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus but not mandatory.
