Kuhar (m/ž) – priprema à la carte i buffet

About the role

We are looking for a motivated cook (male/female) to join our kitchen team in Medulin. The successful candidate will prepare à la carte and buffet dishes following our hotel standards and ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to hotel standards for both à la carte and buffet service.
• Timely preparation of ingredients and mise en place for ongoing service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow HACCP food‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Secondary vocational cooking qualification (SSS kuhar).
• At least one year of experience in a hotel or comparable restaurant environment, preferred.

Required skills
