About the role
We are looking for a skilled pastry chef to join our kitchen in Zagreb. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of desserts and baked goods according to our standards and production schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and other desserts following recipes and quality norms.
- Manage production timing to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Maintain hygiene standards and keep a valid sanitary booklet.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team during the morning shift.
Required profile
- Completed hospitality school with a specialization in pastry.
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong sense of timing and ability to meet product specifications.
- Residence near the workplace is an advantage.

What we offer
- Permanent employment contract with a six‑month probation period.
- Full‑time position (40 hours per week) in a morning shift.
- Net base salary of €1,300 plus allowances, total net compensation approximately €2,000‑€2,500.
