About the role

The Support Sector Manager is responsible for coordinating store operations related to goods receipt and cash registers at the new InterSpar in Poreč. The role ensures efficient workflow, compliance with HACCP standards, and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Organise work related to goods receipt and cash registers.
• Lead and coordinate staff to achieve efficient operations.
• Prepare accurate and timely orders.
• Check displayed prices, expiry dates, quantities and product quality.
• Coordinate and supervise promotional sales activities.
• Ensure achievement of business results.
• Apply HACCP requirements and maintain hygiene standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and store opening/closing procedures.
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to customers.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (SSS).
• Experience working in retail.
• Preferably experience in supervising staff.
• Good knowledge of product assortment.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Reliability and neatness in task execution.
