About the role

The Technical Lubricant Application Manager will provide expert technical support to Shell Lubricants customers and the sales team in Zagreb. You will act as the bridge between customers, laboratories and internal stakeholders, ensuring optimal product recommendations and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance to customers and the sales force.
• Recommend optimal lubricants and technical solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare, translate and maintain safety‑technical documentation.
• Monitor new products, technologies and market trends in the lubricants sector.
• Coordinate sampling and analysis of lubricants with certified laboratories.
• Advise customers based on analysis results and technical expertise.
• Contribute to annual business and marketing plans.
• Support sales in acquiring new customers and conduct technical trainings.
• Collaborate with principals and exchange technical and market information.
• Create technical presentations, case studies and value‑added product documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical technology or related).
• Experience in technical support, lubricants industry or similar industrial environment.
• Good understanding of technical documentation and industrial processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
