About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead both sales and procurement for the CasaIN brand. The role combines managing a multi‑location sales team with overseeing supplier relationships, contracts and inventory. Your work will directly influence the growth of an ambitious furniture and interior‑design brand.

Key responsibilities

• Drive CasaIN sales performance across stores in Poreč, Rijeka and Zagreb.
• Develop sales plans, set targets and monitor results, including margin and efficiency analysis.
• Manage key accounts such as architects, investors and hotel operators, and expand B2B and project‑sale channels.
• Lead public procurement processes, prepare bids and follow contract execution.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and product presentation.
• Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers, set commercial terms and monitor delivery schedules.
• Plan and control inventory, monitor stock turnover and purchase price structures.
• Introduce new suppliers and coordinate logistics with warehouse teams.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics or a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in sales and/or procurement within the furniture or interior‑fit‑out sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and be accountable for results.
• Experience with project sales and public procurement processes (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and business communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of margins, inventory and pricing.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Pantheon is a plus).
• Business‑level English (Italian is a plus).
