About the role

The HR Manager will lead the development and implementation of organisational processes, manage the HR budget and ensure a smooth recruitment cycle across the company. This position serves as the primary HR contact for production area leaders and collaborates closely with senior management on workforce planning and organisational development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement organisational HR processes.
• Plan, manage and monitor the HR department budget.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment at the organisational level.
• Prepare employment contracts, manage related legal matters and maintain employee records in SAP.
• Act as the first point of contact for production managers on HR topics, including system authorisation, performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Work with senior management to forecast staffing needs and coordinate overseas assignments.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain internal policies.
• Coordinate HR audits and lead internal compliance checks.
• Design and deliver training programmes and monitor the education plan.
• Provide strategic HR advice to the Board and senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in economics or social sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Very good command of English and/or German.
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership abilities.
• Independent, responsible and proactive work attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• SAP (experience preferred).
