Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Jabil is expanding its operations in Osijek and seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to support employees and managers in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role focuses on day‑to‑day HR activities, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with policies and local legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Assist with employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate employee benefits and training activities.
• Maintain employee records and HR data in HR systems.
• Prepare HR reports and support HR projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other departments to deliver effective HR support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
• Good understanding of HR practices and local employment legislation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with discretion handling confidential information.
• Fluent in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR information systems.
