About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pharmacy Manager (male/female) to lead our pharmacy units in Virovitica, Mače, Zagreb and Sali (Dugi otok). The role combines operational oversight, staff development and direct patient care in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and supervise daily activities of the pharmacy unit.
• Lead, coach and develop pharmacy staff.
• Dispense prescription and over‑the‑counter medicines.
• Provide professional counselling to patients.
• Ensure overall pharmacy care and compliance.

Required profile

• University degree (Master) in Pharmacy.
• Valid licence for independent pharmacy practice.
• Proven leadership and employee development abilities.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• High motivation, responsibility and dedication.
• Proactive attitude and openness to new challenges.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
