Global Site Activation Manager – Homebased Croatia

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Activation Manager to lead site start‑up activities for clinical trials on a home‑based basis in Croatia. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely site identification, regulatory compliance, and successful patient enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and select trial sites, manage regulatory submissions, and oversee site activation and lifecycle maintenance.
• Develop and maintain integrated start‑up timelines, monitor budgets, and report progress to clients and project teams.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Alliance Management, Contracts, Clinical, Data Management, and Medical Writing to align deliverables.
• Prepare core submission documents, conduct regulatory impact assessments, and manage informed consent materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site start‑up, regulatory affairs, and clinical trial operations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, make business decisions, and manage risks.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with customers and internal stakeholders.
