Remote CRA II / Senior CRA

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a remote Clinical Research Associate (CRA II or Senior CRA) to monitor clinical trial sites, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support the delivery of high‑quality data. The role is performed from home, collaborating with site teams and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform remote site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits, verifying adherence to ICH‑GCP, protocol, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct source document review, query resolution, and electronic data capture verification to ensure accurate and complete case report forms.
• Assess site performance, manage investigational product inventory, and support recruitment, retention, and safety monitoring.
• Document activities through trip reports, communication logs, and compliance letters, and act as liaison for audit readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to adopt new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
