About the role

The Pharmacy Manager will lead a pharmacy unit, ensuring high‑quality service, safe dispensing of medicines, and professional patient counseling. This position combines operational oversight with staff development in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and supervise daily activities within the pharmacy unit.
• Lead, mentor and develop pharmacy staff.
• Dispense prescription and over‑the‑counter medicines in compliance with regulations.
• Provide expert advice and counseling to patients.
• Maintain overall pharmacy care standards.

Required profile

• University degree with a Master of Pharmacy.
• Valid licence for independent pharmacy work.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Motivated, responsible and dedicated to the role.
• Proactive and open to new challenges.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
