About the role

We are looking for experienced carpenters/formwork workers to join our construction team in Zagreb. The role involves producing and installing various types of formwork for slabs, walls, ceilings, stairs and other structural elements, using both manual and powered tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture double, triple and quadruple formwork, as well as ceiling and stair formwork.
• Cut, bend and tie reinforcement manually or with machines, and install it in the designated locations.
• Work with three‑layer yellow formwork (d=27 mm), INTERFAMA steel formwork (type DOKA/PERI) and traditional timber formwork.
• Tie reinforcement using welded wire.
• Assemble scaffolding and work platforms as required.

Required profile

• Knowledge of related construction tasks such as masonry and concreting.
• Ability to read and interpret carpentry/formwork drawings.
• Familiarity with materials used in carpentry work and with mortar, brick, concrete and reinforcement.
• Capability to reinforce structural elements including slabs, columns, beams and all types of stairs.
• Experience with formwork, scaffolding, roof timber structures and foundation formwork.
