About the role

Kanika d.o.o. is looking for a reliable driver/mechanic to operate a damper on quarry and construction sites across Croatia. The role involves transporting material, ensuring safe operation of the equipment and performing basic maintenance.

Key responsibilities

Drive and operate the damper to move loads on quarry and construction sites.
Perform routine equipment checks before and after each shift.
Carry out basic mechanical maintenance and minor repairs.
Report any technical issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Follow all site safety regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

Valid driver’s licence appropriate for heavy equipment.
Willingness to undergo damper‑operator training if not already certified.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physical fitness to handle manual tasks associated with equipment operation.

Required skills

Damper operation.
Basic mechanical maintenance.
