About the role
We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to lead the installation team on construction sites across Croatia. The role involves coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety, and delivering high‑quality work on time.
Key responsibilities
- Organise daily site activities and allocate tasks to workers.
- Schedule and supervise the installation of PT cables.
- Monitor material, equipment and tool requirements.
- Control the quality of performed works.
- Maintain order, safety and compliance with occupational health regulations on the site.
Required profile
- Proven experience in similar site‑lead positions, managing a crew.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, especially reinforcement work.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Required skills
- PT cable installation.
- Construction drawing interpretation.
- Reinforcement (armature) work knowledge.
