About the role

Allegheny Financial d.o.o., a leading real‑estate development company in Croatia, is expanding its operations and seeks a motivated Engineering Associate to join the engineering department in Zagreb. The role involves overseeing construction projects from initiation through technical review, ensuring compliance with contractual documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and monitor construction projects.
• Maintain all construction documentation from project start to technical inspection, ensuring alignment with contract terms.
• Coordinate daily activities, deliver timely reports to management, and communicate with all construction participants.
• Obtain and analyse offers from suppliers and contractors.
• Participate in project planning: cost‑estimate preparation, calculations, technology definition, and work‑execution dynamics.
• Analyse spatial planning documentation.

Required profile

• University degree: mag.ing.aedif or dipl.ing.građ.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to independently lead construction projects and handle administrative procedures.
• Analytical and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge of spatial planning principles, urbanism practice, and administrative procedures.
• Understanding of the full investment cycle.
• Driving licence category B.

Required skills

• Advanced use of AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of Allplan 3D.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
