About the role

The Maintenance Technologist will support the upkeep of machines, equipment and infrastructure at our transformer boiler plant. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure high availability and efficiency of production assets.

Key responsibilities

• Archive and administer preventive and corrective maintenance data for all plant assets.
• Participate in investment projects and define maintenance‑related requirements.
• Conduct cost‑analysis of maintenance processes and propose cost‑saving measures.
• Analyse failure frequency and root causes to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Organise and coordinate external service providers for repairs and maintenance.
• Suggest technical and organisational improvements to boost productivity.
• Help draft maintenance regulations, work instructions and related documentation.
• Define spare‑part quantities, support procurement and maintain related records.

Required profile

• Higher education (first‑degree level) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, methodical approach and effective time management.
